I struggled to find something to wear to the Good Exchange Fashion Show & Clothing Swap. I can’t say either that I was exactly thrilled with sub zero temperatures outside but the same wonderful vision kept playing in my head i.e. Tim Gunn, Mondo, enough said. I had heard great things about this fashion event and its cause but never had the opportunity to go. Giving back to the community has always been close to my heart and it’s nice to know that this event does just that. I was also looking forward to seeing innovative designs from our best and brightest upcoming fashion students. I was a bit bummed that I missed out on VIP tickets and the opportunity to meet Tim Gunn and Mondo, but hey at least I got tickets and ended up getting good photos thanks to my better half, photographer/blogger Danni. The show was great and the fashion designs the students created were unique and amazing. Our favorite look of the night was the winner of the fashion show the Harajuku girl. The clothing swap at the end of the event was definitely a plus; a fashionista can never have enough clothes.
