While visiting Denver, my nieces had the opportunity to see their first fashion show, Lost in a Garden of Roses at beautiful Hudson Gardens. The show featured award winning local designers. Proceeds from the show will benefit women studying in Paris.
Here are the girls striking a pose, work it!
The show kicked off in a garden of roses with a special dance performance by Araya. Lisa Ramfor Elstun of LRE Couture showcased bridal and lingerie that were alluring and sexy. Gabriela Martinez of Gabriela Designs showed off uniqueness and sophistication in her collection of evening wear
One of Denver’s most prominent designers, Gino Velardi showed his dresses that were very feminine and sexy. The models graced the runway with beautiful red hues, warm chocolates and animal print.
Deedee Vicory of D’Lola Couture showcased visually stunning vintage inspired gowns.
Dr. Zofia Wosinka of Estaine, a Polish-born dye chemist closed the show accessorizing designs shown through the night with scarves that told stories of cancer survivors.
